Soft Skills Trainer

  • Trainers should be able to provide instruction and guidance to candidates on communication, problem-solving, and team building.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should have knowledge/background in sales, marketing & behavioral training.
  • Be able to motivate, and engage trainees.
  • Monitor and assess skill development in participants.
  • Be able to provide mentoring to participants.
  • Be able to manage large groups of people (30 to 40) in a batch.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • 1 year above experience will be good enough.
  • Engagement will be for 2 days, 9 hrs a day.
  • The budget would be 1000 per day to 2000 per day. Depending upon the candidate.
