  • CTC: 3.5 to 5.5 Lakh

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and Update Trainer Database:
    • Regularly manage Trainer Database updates.
  2. Ensure Lab Set up, Tools, and Infra:
    • Ensure readiness of labs across mandates.
    • Provide advice on the procurement of tools and necessary infrastructure for new lab setups.
    • Physically inspect new lab setups.
  3. Facilitate Trainer Training, Assessment, and Certification:
    1. SSC ToT:
      • Collaborate with the Assessment Team and Regions to ensure SSC TOT for all trainers.
      • Ensure readiness of trainers for SSC, including briefing and QP brushing up.
    2. Internal ToT:
      • Prepare quarterly Domain ToT calendar.
      • Conduct ToT sessions as per schedule.
    3. Trainer Induction:
      • Orient new domain trainers.
      • Conduct domain and platform orientation.
      • Explain QP NOS, walk through related content, and Trainer SSC certification process.
    4. Trainer Assessments:
      • Work with the Central Academic Team for annual trainer tests.
      • Plan remediation for weak performers.
  4. Provide Placement Assistance:
    • Provide assistance and updates on placement.
  5. Conduct Governance Calls for Academic Compliance:
    • Conduct regular calls with trainers to ensure adherence to session plans and timely assessments.
    • Sample check batch files and multimedia content availability.
  6. Plan Institute Visits for Trainer Grading and Evaluation:
    • Plan Institute visits with clear agendas.
    • Conduct trainer observation sessions, and grade, and evaluate trainers.
    • Share visit reports with the Supervisor and Region Head.
    • Work on remediation for weak trainers.
  7. Provide Support in Content Creation:
    • Design and develop curriculum. Ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards and market demands.
    • Prepare session plans across mandates.
    • Assist in creating content for various purposes.
    • Create EGA, assessment bank questions, and internal assessment papers.
  8. Conduct Training Sessions:
    • Conduct training sessions as needed, including guest lectures.
  9. Oversee Program Evaluation and Quality Assurance:
    • Develop evaluation mechanisms for program effectiveness.
    • Collect feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement quality assurance processes for high standards.
  10. Lead Project Management:
    • Lead and manage projects related to your respective sector/s’ training programs.
    • Define project objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  11. Foster Industry Collaboration and Partnerships:
    • Foster collaborations with industry partners.
    • Establish and maintain relationships for industry engagement and employment opportunities.
    • Collaborate with industry partners to enhance program relevance.
  12. Drive B2C Program Development:
    • Identify market trends and develop B2C programs.
    • Conduct market research for program viability and pricing.
    • Collaborate with marketing for effective program promotion.
